Support for OpenCAP aliases. #59

We'd love if nanovault.io supported OpenCAP to provide aliases to its users.

As we are still working out some final issues before the release of the protocol we would love to get some feedback. CryptoCurrency wallets are the primary use case for OpenCAP which is why I am reaching out.

@cronoh could you have a look and give us some thoughts?

We could use https://www.npmjs.com/package/dns-suite so the lookup is completly client side. My Nano Ninja is now an OpenCAP alias provider, would be great to have it in NanoVault as well.
