I tested all these:
And all show "Ledger Device Not Connected" on Windows 10
Also tested older versions of Chrome, down to 68. And latest Chromium. None of them work.
The latest Chrome does detect the device (on both Windows and Linux), even shows the Receive block confirmation on the device, but gets disconnected as soon as I confirm the Receive block.
Can be more specific what version of what browser is working for you? Thanks
@ilius If none of those are working, I suspect the issue is elsewhere. Here are the general steps I recommend for Windows 10 troubleshooting:
I recommend you test this with the NanoVault desktop client. If you cannot get it to work still after this, please reply here or join our Discord server and I will help you more closely.
@cronoh Thank you. It worked with NanoVault Desktop. Looks like VirtualBox was messing with the USB driver
I am having the issues described here: I have 4 blocks ready to recieve and after I connect my ledger, it sometimes does but most of the times does not ask me to recieve the 1st block.
When I do get the question to confirm the recieve block, after clicking confirm, the device disconnects and nothing happens.
This happens in brave/opera/chrome/desktop with the latest firmware and app version. Also, there is no update for my USB input driver. I am running out of options and ideas. Help would be much appreciated!
I have the same problem. Can't confirm received transaction. Always get the error message: "Ledger Disconnected". UPD:Found a solution: Setting the nano app on the ledger to 'auto receive'.
I am still having same issues just on mac, it wont even recognize my ledger on the opera/ desktop version. What to do?
Brave and Opera on latest Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS linux will not connect to ledger Nano app at nanovault.io.
Additionally, "receive" functionality does not display in the browser at all under Chrome unless you manually go to nanovault.io/receive link directly by typing it in browser. Then you can see pending transactions you can click to receive. If you do not go directly to /receive link you will never figure out how to complete a sent transaction.
To anyone currently experiencing issues using their Ledger device, the latest version (72) of Google Chrome has broken support for all Ledger web wallets (Not just Nano or NanoVault). You can see Ledger's reference to the issue here.
The suggested workaround is to use the Opera or Brave web browsers, or use the NanoVault desktop version, which connects directly to your USB device.
Apologies for any inconvenience but a fix for this is obviously out of our hands. I will update here when this is no longer an issue.
