Do something about the doors of death. #33

It's really annoying to get killed in a door.  Maybe add a sound, or make doors 
not kill the player?

I think that this adds to the skill needed to finish a level.  I think adding a 
sound would be better than not having the door kill the player.  Perhaps a 
ratcheting sound that quickens as a door is about to close...
