How does the document model work #195

I would love to be creating a terminal UI application using terminal kit, as it seems superior to other libraries in many ways, but the documentation for the document model seems to have not been touched in quite some time. Is there any form of documentation (outside the readme?)

They're not docs, but sample dir has some good examples that you can run locally.
