Added spanish #4

Added spanish to my best understanding (im a native spanish speaker), nothing else was modified.

Merged and deployed. Currently it's live in http://docs.croogo.org/1.5/es.

There's some file encoding problem. I'll fix that later. Also, I will need to figure out how to present the available translations in the main page.

You would have to add a common link in a subfooter (or something similar), not directly on the docs (as it would be a PITA to modify every language welcome file for instance to add a new language).

Just add a link that takes you exactly to the same doc you are reading in english but in other language.. if it doesnt exist.. fallback to english and add a link to call for help on translating that text into that language...

that would be awesome :D (wikipedia like)... that would help to fix misstranslations or missing paragraphs.

on the encoding issue, maybe if i resave all the files (edited in notepad) as UTF instead of ANSI could help..?

Yes, that would help.

I tried batch recoding (using iconv and recode), but it seems to convert more than needed.
