I've opened PR #11 to add news.lists.filters to the phn_exclude pattern.
There may be other newsgroups to add in exclusion patterns.
Compared with Cleanfeed, md5exclude, fsl_exclude, phl_exclude, phn_exclude, *_exempt, spam_report_groups, faq_groups have additional patterns that may be missing in PyClean and thus causing false positives.
