Easier list selection #168

There's no way that I've found to select multiple entries in a list to 
download, eg: Shift or control + click. If I want to remove or add a lot of 
pictures in an image set I have to click each tick box.

I know you're working hard on the next big update, if you could add this that'd 
be great.

Actually, you can.
Select items you want using "shift", and than use "check" / "uncheck" menus -> 
"selected".

Ah, I should have specified. I mean in g.e/exhentai galleries. Once you expand 
a gallery you lose the shift select function.

Oh, yes, it not work in albums.

Now you can check a selected group inside of albums.
