Blacklist won't update

I can't get the Blacklist to ever have more than a single tag listed.
If I load the program's Blacklist, then hit the Add button and enter the tag, 
it seems like it's added, but if I hit Apply then OK, then close the program, 
when it next loads, only the first one remains, all the others deleted.
If I load the Default.ini file for the program in notepad, I can see how to add 
them, but the program won't recognize the changes I make there either...  It 
will show a Tag slot for each one I added, but they will show the first tag in 
each of them instead of the ones I put.

Do you know what's wrong? Or am I just messing up?
