Can you tell me the recommend settings for downloading on e-hentai so I don't 
get banned?

I use:
List threads count= 1
Delay between queries= ~6000
Delay between pictures= ~300

Threads per resource on
Threads per resource 3
Pictures threads count 3
Retries count 50
Download Fullsized off (some pictures don't downloads fullsized)
Special settings off

e/exhentai config have it own build-in minimal restrictions, so it's pretty 
hard to get bunned even without any special settings set.
