Blacklist not working on Pixiv? #195

I have a number of tags blacklisted, mainly intended for Pixiv, but they don't 
seem to be working...?

Do I have to use the Get List and have it download the tags before the regular 
download (like it used to be to tell there was a rating, but now gets that info 
when it targets that image to download)?

Shouldn't it notice the tag when the set is downloaded and mark it as one to 
skip?

It's known issue, blacklist do not work with resources, where you can't get 
tags simultaneously with pictures (on Pixiv you get tags AFTER you got list of 
pictures).

Solution to it in plans, but I just too busy to do anything whatsoever :/

Ah, I see.

Oh, another thing, not related, but has me confused:

When I re-download some galleries, instead of just skipping an existing copy of 
an image (from a previous download), it will re-download the image and append a 
(1) to it.
I keep getting duplicates from various artists, but not all of them...
However, I'd rather not get duplicates in the first place (since I don't know 
when they happen, and only recently noticed all the space they were taking up).
Why is this happening, and how can I affect it?

I added an option to filter blacklisted items AFTER adding them to list. Look 
in changelog for more info.

You can't "blacklist" pictures from resources like Pixiv ordinary, because you 
can get tags for pictures only AFTER they was added to the list. You can use 
"check/uncheck" menu or special flag in blacklist settings to "uncheck" items 
that fall under the rules of blacklist settings, you can't actually remove them 
from list.

Is there any plan to make it so you can select a tag from an image's tag list 
and simply add it to the blacklist? That would be helpful, since then you'd 
prevent downloading future instances of that tag.

I can't find "Blacklist settings" though, and I'm not sure where the 
check/uncheck menu is or if mine is somehow different.

Sorry for late answer.
You can find "blacklist settings" item in "Settings" (on the first screen when 
launching program, or "gear" button in main menu).
And check/uncheck menu located above a picture table (flagged boxes icon).
Add an option to add tags from taglist to blacklist is a good idea.
