Exhentai no longer works #74

Hi!
I'm sorry I can't speak Russian,

The feature to download from exhentai no longer work as of this morning,
they put some kind of ads on top and under the site and the imagegraber 
1.1.0.19 downloaded the ads instead. Not the pictures. Could you fix it? maybe 
put a different url recognizing.

I'm finished supporting old version, but just because second can't download 
from xhentai i'll fix it.

I've tested it and here are what I found:

It can download the correct images again, but I found that it simply stops 
downloading after downloading 5 images.

The download speed seems to be very slow around 10 kbps averagely (probably 
some problem with my internet or something else, I'll test the speed again 
tomorrow and I'll report back to you).

I have to say I really like your programs, I have tried many and most of them 
are  filled with errors and bugs to the point of extremely annoying to use 
(also, this is the only program that can download from ex and g.e- as far as I 
know, a huge plus compared to other programs).
If one day you decide to make this program for sale, I'll definitely buy it! :D
I'll support your program! :D

Most of pictures downloading from "volunteers", just common PCs of xhentai 
users. For solve it you just need to wait some time for auto url update. Or 
update url manualy from picture page (link "Click here if the image fails 
loading"). Autorefresing not released :/
