Kostas thinks he has some code which we can use to automate the whole process. We are hoping he will be back in touch this week with this.

Hello I have managed to produce a script in Python with the RSGISLib. the script removes almost all clouds over the ground and it seems to be working fine. I have put up a result of the process in the team dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/72vvvixahasptsw/Sentinel2005CompImg2.tif?dl=0 The image has been produced using different imagery for the area in Kelso/borders. It used imagery from May 2019 which can be found here. https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/jncc-eo/web/bygridsquare/30UWG.html I have attached the script here, however setting up the RSGISLib is quite tricky so, I will be able to process any images we decide in my machine and can upload the results in a cloud drive.
