A container image that is able to run bitbake/poky. It has helpers to create users and groups within the container. This is so that the output generated in the container will be readable by the user on the host.

debian,fedora,opensuse: drop EOL distro versions #95
As the following are deleted from yocto-dockerfiles, we also delete them from the build matrix for poky-container.
debian-9 has been EOL since 30 June 2022
fedora-34 has been EOL since 06 June 2022 fedora-35 has been EOL since 13 December 2022
opensuse-15.2 has been EOL since 04 January 2022
