Create a table to store items in the database.

Each item should have the following properties:

• ID (string, unique)
• Name (string)
• Description (string)
• Quantity (number)
• Condition ID (number, min value: 1, max value: 5)
• Type ID (string)
• Location ID (string)
• Brand ID (string)
• Created At (number)
