Import ABC from collections.abc for Python 3.10 compatibility. #1896 is partially resolved.
Deprecated unittest aliases were removed in Python 3.11 . So the recommended aliases are used . Ref : https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/28268

One note: for contributions, first time contributors, we need a signed CAA https://github.com/crossbario/crossbar/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#send-us-a-contributor-assignment-agreement - however, since the change is small and "straightforward" (adjusting imports), I've marked the PR as "CAA Unneeded (minor change)"
