Face detection demo #22

This is based on autobahn-python:cpy3 container as we needed some packages there were not available on the alpine(or default) variant.

I could update this to use the component API, if we want. I was initially working with that but found out that it had an implicit dependency on twisted(known bug). But now that we have moved ABPy docker container, we can do the shift, if required.
