Update URLLoaderVFS.as, filterFunc returns bool #82

This is errata from my previous commit to resolve warnings, which accidentally broke the master branch.

filterFunc returns Boolean, not void.

Sorry about that - I think I have my compiler issues resolved to avoid breaking master build in the future.

Travis CI is failing trying to copy FP15 from the AIR 17 SDK.

Log excerpt in my comment from pull request #80.

Thanks.. Travis CI is not going to finish the build anyway because of the time limit restriction (1-2h?)
