Filtering for Unsolved Metas #465

"As a practiced crossword solver but a meta novice, I would like to be able to search for all the metas where I have solved the puzzle but not yet submitted a meta answer" (or perhaps, where I am eligible to "give up and reveal" now).

I like this idea. It would require some type of caching or something in the database as performing this query currently would be prohibitively expensive.
