Remove Graph Tool Node #192

We switched to tool agents a while ago, which means the tool_node became redundant.

We should remove it and clean up the graph when we get a chance.

It looks like we actually should move to the other way around, Langsmith and langgraph studio starts to provide more debugging facilities and pushes towards tool nodes (that's why we have a graph for) rather encapsulating executions via agents.
