"In reply to" information incorrect #5

Step to reproduce:

1. Using version 0.2.0, send a reply to someone by clicking on the
conversation bubble image that appears over the user's avatar.

Expected result: 

1. The resulting reply will indicate the message being replied to,
consistent with what is indicated for other replies.

2. When viewing the status update via Twitter's web interface, the "in
reply to" link would be present.

Actual results:

1. Instead of "in reply to <status id>", Tweetbox displays "in reply to -1".

2. When viewing the status update via Twitter's web interface, there is no
"in reply to" link present.

About dialog info: "TweetBox 0.2.0 alpha, powered by JavaFX SDK 1.1.1,
Twitter4j 1.1.7, JFXtras 0.3 ... Running on SunOS 5.11, Java Runtime 1.6.0__13"
