Scava cache stores old passwords and do not update to the newest ones #410

Thanks to @mhow2, we have found that Scava's Cache stores old passwords, at least for JIRA. I'll look for a method to prevent storing the passwords in the cache or at least update them according to the last updated value in Mongo.

This should be fixed now, not only for JIRA but also for Redmine and SourceForge projects.
