metric-platform/releng/org.eclipse.scava.target is Missing #453

I am trying to import Scava in eclipse. One of the initial requirement is to set-up eclipse with target platform of Scava. However, the following file is missing: "metric-platform/releng/org.eclipse.scava.target" which need to use to perform this step. Could you please help me in this regard?
