Description of your changes

Only route53resolver is not marked as such because its inclusion in the minimal set wasn't intended anyway and it has no manual configuration.

Fixes https://github.com/crossplane-contrib/provider-jet-aws/issues/143

How has this code been tested

make reviewable and inspection of the example YAMLs.
