I created several instances of type AppService. Then upgraded provider-jet-azure from 0.11.0-preview to 0.12.0-preview. The AppService instances can not be refreshed anymore.

How can we reproduce it?
Install version 0.12.0-preview
Create an instance of AppService
Watch events and see that resource cannot be refreshed
