Hi everyone,

a colleague (@adriantankodev) I and have forked provider-sql to add another database type. We would love to contribute this to the community.

In the process we noticed that make reviewable struggled and failed due to an old version of golangci.

We would like to update the build to the latest commit which includes a new version introuced in June, see here.

I have:

• [x] Read and followed Crossplane's contribution process.
• [x] Run make reviewable to ensure this PR is ready for review.

How has this code been tested

We have run make build and make reviewable with success .
