Moving datapipeline (1) resource to v1beta1 version #156

Moving 1 resources in the datapipeline group:

Details: While testing the resource encountered unexpected behaviour with an error:

Message: apply failed: error validating after creation DataPipeline Pipeline Definition (df-01739782K9L64YZLFNAI): 1 error occurred: * id: SayHello, error: ['parent' values must be of type 'Default'. Found values of type 'String' 'schedule' values must be of type 'Schedule'. Found values of type 'String']

Looks like a bug, needs to be checked in more detail.
