aws_servicecatalog_organizations_access have an error now and need to check permission: message: "apply failed: error enabling Service Catalog AWS Organizations Access: AccessDeniedException: You are not authorized to perform this action\n\tstatus code: 400, request id: ca7c351f-e50a-4dc0-9884-3587277ba7fc: "

This resource can only be used by the management account - delegated administrator is not authorized to use the resource Account must either be the master or delegated admin of an organization and must have IAM permission for ListDelegatedAdministrator operation.
