"aws_s3_object_copy" resource never becomes up to date #915

What happened?

UpToDate method for S3 Object copy always return false which leads controller to send update requests to AWS.

How can we reproduce it?

The resource is removed from the external name table. To reproduce the issue:

add following line to the table

"aws_s3_object_copy": config.IdentifierFromProvider,

run make generate
create the resource
check its events
