Upgrade to no fork architecture #80

Hello, I just want to share the no-fork update of the provider we use in my company. The performance difference is impressive, we manage 1k+ resources and provider is using a fraction of cpu/memory. image image

Also the github provider is updated to latest 6.2.2 version.

Disclaimer: We only use 5/19 resources so I'm not 100% sure all resources are working right now.

Looks good. Tested it our test infra and see big improvement in resource usage. Thanks @duizabojul
