What does this PR do?

This PR removes UI WebView for iOS app. To remove UI WebView, this PR upgrades iOS to v6. Along with this there are other ugprades done.

• Node to v12.18.3
• Cordova cli to v9.0.0
• Cocoapods to 1.8.5
• Fix pods install script issue in RakeFile.
• Fix Push Notification issue.
• Whitelisted rollbar api url.
