map.png?c=DZA works
map.png?c=AGO,DZA doesn't work

Its not quite as simple as more that one country doesn't work because c=AUS,NZL works. Its possibly to do with the way I am concatenating the feature geometries to calculate the centre of the combined features.

The geometry for AGO is a Polygon while most other countries are MultiPolygons I guess I will just have to be a little smarter about how I combine Polygons and MultiPolygons
