The goal of this ticket is to aggregate comments around SA equilibrium and exchange ideas.
I believe most SA are weak compared to power stacking and power mirror which are not conditioned to anything.
These 2 will always rewards you on each game whereas others SAs might be useless depending on the game.
If you play field influence and you have a field on something else than your leader arkhôme, in order to enjoy your SA, you have to: 1. place your leader, 2. draw your field card and 3. draw your big card for that arkhôme. You might play dozen of games before these conditions align.
If you play draw refill at the end of the game, your power was useless. Maybe that kind of SA should have a passive and active ability so you can enjoy it every game whether or not you played your leader, whatever round you played it.
Here are my thoughts to push people to use other SA:
field influence: fields could have a better probability to be in your hand and deck reduction cost could be a bit stronger
draw refill: passive → you can change any number of cards at once (3 max like today) / active (once leader is on board) → like today
affinities reinforcement: passive → +5 pts every 2 turn / active (once leader is on board) → +30 pts once
shift: you could be able to decide (when placing your leader) whether you want to apply the effect or not based on context (board and deck in hand)
banner of command: passive → +25 / active → +55
I wonder what others think about this.
