As an internal user, once a week, I want to process all contacts to determine the actions that will be applied to each contact, if any, for the upcoming week. Some actions, like emails, may be automated, some may be administrative, like direct mail, others may require visits or phone calls on my part. Actions will be assigned as tasks and/or recorded as activities once completed. Responses by clients may alter the workflow process.
