Trouble Ticket process #32

As an internal user, I want to be able to easily submit a trouble ticket when I need support. The ticket should initiate a workflow that requires a response from the correct individual within a specified timeline.

The user should be able to view the status of their ticket in their dashboard and see who "owns" it when they click on it for the details.
