As an internal user, I want to be able to create Property records that are buildings or lots with distinct physical locations (addresses) and may be associated with contacts, companies, spaces, deals, listings, etc.
A property may be owned by either a contact or a company, although both may be associated with the property, i.e. the company technically owns the property but the agent engages with the contact/owner of the company.
