genbook footnotes are inaccessible #159

As a result of doing some searches through Josephus, I discovered that there are footnotes in this module. There appears to be no way to get at these footnotes. After putting GlobalOptionFilter=ThMLFootnotes into the .conf, searches stopped returning results that I can't see anyway, which is a sort of backhanded benefit. And I gained a right-click Module Options selection for enabling footnotes, but doing so had no effect. There are no *n indicators.

Is there any way to get footnotes to become useful in a genbook?

terry has submitted a fix to the Sword lib functions responsible for handling this. no gnomesword code change involved.
