prayer list #572

Similar to the studypad, it basically has a prayer list/ prayer pane where you can date, add/remove prayers. Often I find I save some prayer lists on my pc, but it would be nice to have it coupled to GnomeSword.

as of approximately -r2107, prayer list support is present and seems to be working. tee says it needs some polish but i think we've got enough now to close this 3-yr-old request.
