Description
After over a decade of inaction, Half Moon Bay has finally replaced the broken set stone promenade with a smoother asphalt surface for the entire stretch, making it accessible. However, the dirt path entrance that connects to the bike/pedestrian path along Half Moon Bay Dr (in the direction of Croton Point) is still too steep and not accessible to those with limited mobility nor ADA compliant. This entrance path is believed to be the property of Westchester County, not Half Moon Bay.
