Description

The village intends to sell Lot A of the Croton-Harmon train station. Recommend bicycle-pedestrian-friendly features of any new development, such as adequate bicycle parking space, be included in the RFP.

Mayor Brian Pugh told committee at meeting during 2023 that the specs for this potential development would require builder to include an indoor bike room.

At May meeting, Mayor Pugh said he did not know if the provisional developer of Lot A, WBD, would include a bike room. On June 18, I sent an email to WBD President James Wendling suggesting that a bike room would be a win-win situation. He reacted positively and passed along email to John Bainlardi, manager of the Lot A development.
