Improve left turn for cyclists onto S Riverside Ave from Croton Point Ave #84

Description

Similar to issue #83, the bike lane going up Croton Point Ave from the train station ends at the stop light at S Riverside, where virtually all bicyclists turn left. However, turning left puts bicyclists at risk of being hit by cars turning right towards Shoprite. The obvious solution is to paint a bike box in front of the cars where cyclists can wait for the light to change, so cyclists can turn left before cars can turn right.

This issue was again raised at the November 2022 meeting but no action taken or proposed.
