combine list and map #1

Add list of events (stations) below map of events (stations). Have it update dynamically to show only events (stations) on the map when zoomed. Have the symbol on the map and event (station) in the list link to more information when clicked (station page or event page).

main page now has eq table below map.

Have not implemented subsetting by viewable on map yet

Click table does link to detail page. Clicking table headers sorts by that column.
