src/Makefile.in is not created with automake 1.13.3 #18

The version of automake currently in Debian testing (jessie) is 1.13.3.  Using 
the current sources from SVN, this version of automake refuses to create the 
file src/Makefile.in from src/Makefile.am.  Renaming configure.in to 
configure.ac fixes the problem.

I've changed the name of configure.in, new name is now configure.ac.
