Add Persian support for LibreTranslate #57

Bug description When I select LibreTranslate as the source for translation, crow-translate gives this message when I try to translate from English to Persian:

Selected translation language Persian is not supported for LibreTranslate

But Persian is supported by LibreTranslate (don't know since when).

Most instances seem to support it, although translate.argosopentech.com does not.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add Persian to target languages
  2. Select LibreTranslate for translation
  3. Click on the translate button

Expected behavior Get the translation for Persian
