Custom Options on the User click menu #26

I wonder if it would be possible to being able to add Custom actions/options to the menu that appears wnhe you click on someone on chat: image

Per example, I want to add an option to say something tagging that user so I just click on that option and it pastes on chat something like: $TARGET please, be nice and behave on chat or whatever.
