Proposal migrated from Slack chat.

[ ] Install a branded Discourse under discourse.crowdai.org, authenticate against crowdAI OAuth
[ ] Have general channels and challenge-specific channels. Need to look into more how this would work, migrate all exiting conversations.
[ ] Remove 'Discussions' from app, link to discourse
[ ] Gitter remains for informal chat
[ ] Github remains for interaction with challenge code.

@spMohanty thoughts?
