[ ] reinstate ability to upload submission file(s) and tar archive of code
[ ] make this a challenge-level configuration option (Python client or page upload)
[ ] store uploaded submission in S3 (existing, needs refactoring)
[ ] make API call to the broker (with crowdAI key as auth) to pass the submission id and s3 key for grading
