DOC Request: Tutorial for creating a new challenge #966

Hi,

We are interested in creating a demo with crowdAI. But the present documentation only provides a place holder at

Could you please kindly guide us to create a new challenge? We will be happy to fill in the documentation via PR once we've been walked through.

Hi @heroxbd sorry for the delay. We have been quite busy lately, but this issue is on our radar.
