Unable to Edit #31

When attempting to add or edit, after a single key is pressed it will shove the editor down and close the window.

I've attempted to

  1. Install Locally on XAMPP
  2. Create Users with various capabilities
  3. Install on server (LAMP)
  4. Install a capsule server and use that

WP 3.5.1, 3.5.2 No additional plugins
