I get the tabs in the following order: Standard, Aside, Gallery, Link, Image, Quote, Link, Status, Video, Audio.

Never mind. I just checked my functions.php and saw that I had enabled Link twice.

It's nice to know that I can change the order of the tabs by editing functions.php.
