If a post is scheduled, only schedule any new broadcast requests (don't immediately send) #185

Steps to reproduce:

  1. get your post ready
  2. set the publish date in the future
  3. hit the big Schedule button
  4. hit the Broadcast button and fill out the form

Is this ever goign to get fixed?

The fixes related to this are in working code and will be part of the 3.0 release. Thank you.
